Sweetie is an out of the box creative strategist and problem solver. Whether it be a new business with a desire to work effectively or a corporation with an image or product issue, Sweetie is called upon to diagnose and create structure support to allow a successful marketing solution to be reached. More than an marketing architect, Sweetie is a business builder as well as an onsite sales trainer, she develops her clients’ repetetoire of skills. Mastery of the skills bolsters clients’ confidence to attain their business goals in a succinct method that leaves her clients completely in control of their future success. Sweetie is an on site consultant and sales marketing trainer as well as available virtually by video conferencing or by Skype.

A blended family, Les and Sweetie believe their calling is to share resources that support restoration of today’s families one heart at a time. A Joyful Place Called Home, is an outreach in fellowship for paving the stepfamily path to peace. They also offer ongoing mentoring programs for church and organizations working with families all over the nation. Their passion is facilitating inclusive perspectives and resourcing materials for non traditional families and those who work with them. Sweetie loves to speak to women’s groups on the role of today’s women as Christian wives and share her story of Growing Into Lovely…leaving the wicked stepmother image behind, as she encourages all women to embrace and intentionally choose to rear the children in their lives, whether natural or blended, and make their home an inclusive place to all their children’s family.

Sweetie is the bride of Les Berry begin_of_the_skype_highlighting     end_of_the_skype_highlighting Sr. Les currently is an administrator for the Defense Department branch called D.C.M.A. He is a Program Integrator Manager with the Delta IV Rocket Systems that launch our U.S. Satellites. He is a civilian, formerly a Navy man. He has deployed to the war theatres of Kuwait and Iraq in the past four years for six months at a time. He has been involved in three war campaigns personally. Sweetie’s older brothers love to tease her that she and Les are so happily married because he voluntarily leaves the country for the war theatre for six months at a time. (Sweetie is not so sure he’s not simply escaping life with their four teenagers) Les has received two Secretary of Defense Medal for the Global War on Terrorism for his work in Iraq and Kuwait, the highest honor our government awards a civilian. Sweetie is simply smitten with her husband, and for good reason, he’s a man of integrity!

A mom and stepmother of four, Sweetie is highly effective at multi tasking. Her hats include wife, mother, stepmother, marketing strategist, professional writer, creative problem solver, corporate trainer/presenter and advocate for the step and blended family. Her creative vision is often sought for new projects in her church, community and for corporation and service organizations. Her positive high energy and easy to read communication style has her clients and colleagues utilizing her services time and time again. Her love for helping people reach their goals is evident in her daily life.

Where you will not find Sweetie often is anywhere near the laundry room, for the local tourist attraction known as Mt Washmore and its companion tourist site the Dirty Dishes Mountain chain is ever growing and alive in Northern Alabama.
