Q: Is Sweetie your real name?

A:  My given name is Shanna ( like Hannah with an S) . Legally and socially I am Sweetie Berry.  My husband Les began calling me Sweetie publically after we were married, when we moved to the next town he introduced me at church that way and from that day on its been Sweetie at work, home, and in public. If you are uncomfortable with the name, please feel free to call me Shanna or Mrs. Berry…and I’ve been known to answer to “hey you” as well on hectic days.

Q: What is Your Favorite Type of Work?

A.  Work that allows me to help facilitate goals and outcomes being met. Problem solving and facilitating growth is a passion for me.  I love working with specific outcomes improvement and She’s So There allows me to work with everything from media production to product launches!

Q. You sure seem to be in many places doing many things, how do you juggle it all?

A:  I am naturally a high energy person (hyperactive child grown up) Because so many of the projects I work with involve how to facilitate learning/experiencing new products or ideas my background in sales marketing and learning differences is perfect preparation. As an adult I am also a wife, mom, stepmom,  educational consultant, business owner,  teacher of leaders and homeschooler….so there are many areas that share common ground in philosophy and dynamic.  Like everyone else, I fight the good fight to keep boundaries in place to live a balanaced life with work, play, home, and marriage.  God is God and we are not….and that pretty much keeps my perspective in line.
