A small town girl, Sweetie has lived in four biomes, has won two cars from Mary Kay Cosmetics, been named a Golden Apple Teacher, an Instructional Leader in three states as well as identified as a Master Teacher.   Sweetie was the first out of state teacher ever recruited by the Socorro El Paso ISD district.  She was also selected to the Mesquite, TX ISD first Instructional Leadership Team. She is an exceptionally creative problem solver…mainly because she’s also the biggest mess maker she knows! 

 

Sweetie  is known for finding unique ways to achieve goals and helps others succeed. She is known best for her ability to teach others how to “find a way, make a way to succeed” regardless of the obstacles before them.  Her humorous first hand stories as well as her positive expectancy, will assure your audience a knee slapping experience as she uses real life examples of learning to teach others how their perceptions of business and at home are always related to their present and their future success. She has taught at the public school and university level in inner city, urban and rural settings. She now owns a business called She’s So There and works with her husband’s business Ministry through Media as a facilitator, consultant, and creator of good things for Christian speakers, authors, and events.

As a learning facilitator she has a twenty four years experience studying how learning occurs, what drives momentum and what is required for a person to accomplish their goals and how to best facilitate the outcome of goal achievements.  As an adult, Sweetie has a passion for helping others reach their goals whether as a strategist in business or as an educator working with the needs of learners with learning differences.
